Whitetail Deer |
Jennings Buckmater |
Bay County County, Michigan, USA |
This is my 2nd submission of a public land buck, a young 6-point. Once again my trusty Jennings bow, set at 70 lbs. sent an arrow true, and the broadhead did massive damage as he went down less than 70 yds from where he stood. I love your products, and will buy another Jennings when I decide to retire the current deer-killer I take afield.

Wild Boar |
Jennings CK3.4R |
Australia County, British Columbia, CANADA |
I travelled to the far northern tip of Australia, in Cape York (3700 miles north of Sydney)with 3 other mates to hunt on Merluna Station, a property of over 450,000 acres with the Bowhunters Lodge guides Pat & Clint. I shot this Boar that was feeding on a dead horse, the Easton FMJ and Slick Trick passed completely through the front shoulder taking out his heart. He only went 10-12 yards before going down.
I used the Jennings CK3.4R set on just over $70# with a Toxonics 5 pin sight, Tru Ball Cyclone release aid, Whisker Biscuit arrow rest, Lore deluxe stabilizer, Easton Axis FMJ arrows with NAP Quik-Spin vanes and Slick Trick 125g Magnum broadheads, Used ASAT camo gear.

It was the first day of the Wisconsin archery season and a near by corn field was being cut and all the deer were wandering the ridge where I hunt. With all the leaves still on the trees I actually thought this deer was a small 8 pt which had just been wandering around. While waiting for the shot I must have bumped the nock with by release because when I drew back my arrow fell off! I had to wait several minutes for him to quit looking at me at full draw with no arrow. I finally let down and got another arrow only to be busted again while drawing back. He finally forgot about me for the 2nd time and offered me a quartering away shot that hit so hard I thought I missed and that the loud crack was my arrow hitting the ground. After a couple minutes I decided to leave my stand and call it a bad day. Half way down I see a even bigger 8pt and think what else could go wrong. I go to retrieve my arrow and all I find is a ton of blood. My day was suddenly better! I found him about 40 yards away.

Jennings Strike |
Cass County, Indiana, USA |
It was a rainy afternoon when I had several does come in downwind of me. I let out a few estrus bleats, and this buck came in through the woods. As he tried to move downwind, he passed about twenty yards from me into a small clearing, and I was able to take the shot. He only made it about 40 yards before falling.

Jennings Starmaster Bow |
somerset County, New Jersey, USA |
I set up my treestand on the center edge of an open unplanted farm field. The stand was in a large maple 20 feet into the woods which was thick with red cedars. There was about 15min. left of shooting light left when I heard movement to my left. There was a nice 7 point slowly working his way along the hedgerow. I was caught offgaurd due to the thick cedars. He was making his way towards me where there was a heavy doe trail leading to the open field. I was lucky to have him come upwind of me and wasn't spotted. He turned 15 yards away broadside, exposing his vitals between two larger sasaphras trees. The deer dropped 30 yards from where I shot him. The deer had a 21" outside spread and typical 7 points due to one missing brow tine. It was one of, if not, the heaviest deer I have ever taken.

Jennings Rliant |
Indiana, USA |
It was opeinning morning of gun season in Indiana and the weather was just right for deer hunting. Not long after I got set up in my stand I heard this buck making enough noise for six deer. He was running two does all over the place, so I decided to give give a few gunts and boy did he come running, right under me! It happened so fast it took me by surprise. As fast as he got here, he has gone. So I grunted a few more time and he circled around he within 15 yard broadside. I let my arrow fly and hit him just behind the shoulder. He may not be the biggest buck but he is my first deer with a bow.

Bear |
Jennings Strike |
USA County, New Hampshire, USA |
I live in southern NH where the baiting season is only 21 days long and starts on 9/1. This year, we had a bear hitting the bait on 9/7. I saw him directly in front of me but about 200 yards away. He worked his way right to left in a big half circle and was now approaching the bait from my left side. He'd walk a few yards, sit down, sniff around, walk a few more yards and etc. After about 30 minutes or more, he finally got close enough for a perfect 20 yard shot. I drew on him but his right leg was back blocking the lung shot that I wanted. As soon as he took another step, I let the arrow fly and it found its mark. He ran about 50 yards, wobbled a little and fell over dead. He weighed 180lbs and had a beautiful black fur coat that will look good on my wall as soon as I get it back from the taxidermist! The Strike is quite a bow and I would recommend it to anybody.
